Vietnamese Shaking Beef (Bò lúc lắc)

♥ Ingredients:
(2 portions)

8 oz ribeye steak (or T-Bone)
½ large onion
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp tapioca starch (or cornstarch)
½ tsp black ground pepper
½ tsp brown sugar (optional)
4 drops of roasted sesame oil
A pinch of salt
Cilantro for garnish (optional)

½ củ hành tây to
½ trái ớt chuông đỏ
½ trái ớt chuông xanh
2 tép tỏi, lột vỏ
1 tbsp muỗng canh nước tương
1 tbsp muỗng canh nước mắm
1 tbsp muỗng canh bột năng (hay bột bắp)
½ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu xay
½ tsp muỗng cà phê đường vàng (nếu thích)
4 giọt dầu mè rang
Tí xíu muối
Ngò trang trí (nếu thích)
